Pilates and personal training studio is immaculate and just the right size for small group training. I attended her boot camp class and it was very challenging, although Joanne always gives options which helps me do my personal best. The workout she did for me lasted for 1 hour and 15 minutes and was a mix of cardio, isometric exercises, and a variety of ab exercises. Throughout the session, different props are used that include a bar, balance ball, and weighted small balls, so the variety of exercises, props and good music make the class fun and the hour flies by. Bring your sneakers, and change when you get there.
